Brand Manager

Evolve are working with a leading pharmaceutical company who are seeking a Brand Manager to join their team. As part of a small team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies and tactics for pharmaceutical products. You will also be expected to demonstrate initiative with a flexible and adaptable approach.

This role is a full-time position working two days a week at the companies head office in the East Midlands area.

Ideal Requirements for a Brand Manager

  • Degree qualified in a scientific, marketing or business discipline.
  • Able to demonstrate strategic thinking, planning, and cross-functional working skills to drive brand strategy.
  • At least 5 years if experience in pharmaceutical brand management within the UK.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and able to work collaboratively.

Role Responsibilities for a Brand Manager

  • Development and implementation of marketing strategy for the assigned product/s including development and adaptation of promotional material for the UK.
  • Alignment of brand strategy with company objectives, driving the strategy through marketing activities and sales to ensure that these objectives are met.
  • Operate within marketing budget by monitoring expenses and negotiating to ensure value for money in achieved.
