Commercial Property Solicitor | 10+ PQE
My client is expanding their commercial property team and looking for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to help spearhead the team's growth! The firm has an incredibly loyal clientele that will grant plenty of opportunities to further establish the ideal candidate. The client has a unique position to provide opportunities to work on a variety or complex matters, allowing you to develop in all areas of commercial law. The commercial team is currently at 4 people with plans to expand further.
The role is based in the client's Solihull office, and is expected to be office-based, however, they are open to discussing hybrid working. Excellent communication skills are essential to maintain the ethos of the firm by giving their clients personal service by delivering frequent updates throughout dealings. The role would also consist of assisting and supporting junior staff.
A suitable candidate will have at least 10PQE in property law and be an expert in handling every aspect of associated transactions. Experience in advising on Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 matters, sales and acquisitions of commercial property, and acting for both landlord and tenant in all lease related transactions.
