Spanish Speaking Customer Service Advisor (Must be able to speak Spanish)
Location -Newark, Nottinghamshire. Onsite or Hybrid or Remote (depending on expereince)
c£24,800-£25,800
Working 5 out of 7 days per week, shifts between 6am - 10pm 7 including weekend rotation

The Role of Spanish Speaking Customer Services involve:
- Answering and responding to incoming telephone calls and emails from both Spanish and English business customers
- Providing 1st line technical support and excellent levels of customer service
- Diagnosing technical faults and providing over the phone solutions
- Investigating customer queries and liaising with internal departments to resolve
- Escalating technical queries to 2nd line support
- Updating and processing customer information onto an in-house computer system
- Administration including emails and client correspondence using Word and Outlook
The ideal candidate for Spanish speaking customer services will
- Be fluent in both spoken and written Spanish and English. You must be able to communicate confidently in both languages in a professional setting
- Ability to investigate and resolve problems
- Able to communicate effectively with all departments and areas of the business
- Excellent telephone manner with good customer service skills
- Good working knowledge of MS Word
- Previous customer service experience is essential
- Full Flexibility with working hours (shifts between 6am - 10pm 7 including weekend rotation working 5 out of 7 days per week)
- Previous telephone based customer service experience is essential, technical support experience preferred but not essential
