Spanish Speaking Customer Service Advisor (Must be able to speak Spanish)

Location -Newark, Nottinghamshire. Onsite or Hybrid or Remote (depending on expereince)

c£24,800-£25,800

Working 5 out of 7 days per week, shifts between 6am - 10pm 7 including weekend rotation

The Role of Spanish Speaking Customer Services involve:

  • Answering and responding to incoming telephone calls and emails from both Spanish and English business customers
  • Providing 1st line technical support and excellent levels of customer service
  • Diagnosing technical faults and providing over the phone solutions
  • Investigating customer queries and liaising with internal departments to resolve
  • Escalating technical queries to 2nd line support
  • Updating and processing customer information onto an in-house computer system
  • Administration including emails and client correspondence using Word and Outlook

The ideal candidate for Spanish speaking customer services will

  • Be fluent in both spoken and written Spanish and English. You must be able to communicate confidently in both languages in a professional setting
  • Ability to investigate and resolve problems
  • Able to communicate effectively with all departments and areas of the business
  • Excellent telephone manner with good customer service skills
  • Good working knowledge of MS Word
  • Previous customer service experience is essential
  • Full Flexibility with working hours (shifts between 6am - 10pm 7 including weekend rotation working 5 out of 7 days per week)
  • Previous telephone based customer service experience is essential, technical support experience preferred but not essential
