Job Title: Performance Marketing Specialist
Location: Worcestershire
Salary: Up to £35,000 DOE
As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing our paid marketing campaigns and SEO strategies. You will play a critical role in driving traffic, acquiring leads, and enhancing our online presence.
Responsibilities
PPC Management:
- Develop and optimize paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, social media).
- Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management.
- Monitor and report on performance metrics.
- Manage PPC and paid social campaigns within budget.
SEO Management:
- Implement effective SEO strategies.
- Conduct on-page/off-page optimization, keyword research, technical SEO.
- Monitor, analyse, and report SEO performance.
- Perform regular website audits.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
- 3+ years in PPC and SEO with proven success.
- Proficient in Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz.
- Proficient data focus, utilising GA4 for reporting/analysing.
- Knowledge of advertising platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Facebook, LinkedIn.
