What does the role entail?
You will be joining a people and technology-driven business, taking inbound calls from valued customers and engaging in professional conversations regarding their life assurance, savings, investments or pension plans.
Whether assisting customers who are planning for their well-deserved retirement, helping them access their investments or benefits, updating personal information or providing them with support during difficult times such as a family bereavement, you'll play a vital role in providing a seamless experience during moments that really matter.
Many colleagues have customer-focused backgrounds in sectors such as retail, hospitality, contact centres or travel, so don't worry if you don't have a financial services background as comprehensive training will be given.
