Tonic are recruiting a Sous Chef for our client's B&I contract catering site in central Birmingham. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for a small team of 5, creating exciting, on-trend menu choices for both Retail and Hospitality. You must be passionate about using seasonal ingredients throughout your menu to excite and wow the guests!

Essential qualities for Sous Chef applicants to be considered:

  • A minimum of 2 years of B&I experience at Sous Chef level
  • An expert knowledge/passion for ingredients, food trends, flavours, and food design
  • Experience with Michelin starred kitchens is highly desirable
  • A real team leader who enjoys motivating and developing others around them
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification
