Sales Administrator (Events)

  • Annual Salary: £28k plus bonus
  • Location: SW6, Fulham
  • Job Type: Full-time, Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days at home)
  • International Travel: Approximately 3 times per year

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Sales Administrator to join a dynamic team. Day to Day of the role:

  • Provide strong administrative support to the sales team, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Drive data capture and support commercial processes.
  • Coordinate with the Customer Success team for seamless integration of sales leads.
  • Offer customer support through Freshdesk, email, and telephone as needed.
  • Business travel to support events, including competitor events.
  • Uphold best practices across the portfolio and support uniformity in processes.
  • Provide support across the portfolio of events and drive certain aspects of the Exhibitor Services Journey.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Confident IT skills and experience with CRM databases.
  • Strong communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Effective time management, both in the office and when working from home.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • Experience working onsite during event build-up and live periods.
  • Salesforce.com experience is beneficial but not required.
  • Knowledge of foreign languages is a plus but not essential.
  • Clear understanding of the elements required to deliver a successful event.
