Where is this remarkable company?
They are based in South London, with easy, direct transport links to the City. They are seeking to recruit an experienced 3rd Line Support Technician who can deliver robust solutions across a spectrum of Microsoft applications and platforms.
Working hours are Monday to Friday - 8am to 5pm (company will consider some flexibility on this)
Possibility of Hybrid working after qualifying period.
What technical skills and qualities do you need?
- A highly technically minded person who possesses a strong commercial customer focus
- Windows Server 2016 - 2022
- Windows Active Directory
- Microsoft Azure / 0365
- Microsoft Exchange (On premise troubleshooting experience, ideally)
- TCP/IP Networking'
- Experience in supporting multi sited Network environments
- VoIP telephone systems
- Experience of working with distributed networking systems
