As a Teaching Assistant you will be working closely with an outstanding class teacher and a team of experienced teaching assistants who love to make a difference. Job Role:
- Supporting children on a 1-2-1 or small group basis.
- Acting as a Teaching Assistant / Classroom Assistant.
- Working closely with the class teachers to provide the right support.
- Managing behaviours if required.
- Understanding a range of special educational needs.
- Providing consistency and care for children.
- Making learning fun, engaging and nurturing.
