Overview:
Are you an outgoing and versatile individual who has previous experience working as a Bookkeeper or Accounts Assistant that would be immediately available for a new role? If so, we have a new and exciting opportunity available working as a part-time Bookkeeper within the finance department of an established accountancy practice based in Stratford-upon-Avon. This role offers the unique opportunity of selecting your own working days in line with the weekly working hour requirements.
This offers a great opportunity for an individual that is currently immediately available and has some prior knowledge and familiarity with different types of Bookkeeping. The role is based in Stratford-upon-Avon and is purely office based with free on-site parking. The position involves preparation and submission of VAT and CIS returns as well as the preparation of management accounts, working within a small and inclusive team.
Skills required:
- Previous experience in Bookkeeping for a variety of different clients is preferable as well as exposure to Sage, Xero or QuickBooks financial software.
- Understanding and knowledge around the preparation of management accounts and VAT/CIS returns.
- Versatile and innovative mindset needed to adapt accordingly to changes in workload volumes.
- Confident communicator that is able to build strong rapports with clients and work effectively as a team.
