Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner with secure baby knowledge to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take on a new challenge in a supportive, family-oriented setting. While Safer Sleep Certification is preferred, it is not essential.
Key Responsibilities:

Childcare & Education:

Provide high-quality care and educational activities for babies and young children.

Implement the Curiosity Approach in daily activities, fostering an environment where children can explore and learn naturally.

Monitor and assess children's progress, maintaining detailed and accurate records.

Baby Care Expertise:

Utilize your secure baby knowledge to ensure the highest standards of care.

Promote safe sleep practices and overall wellbeing for babies.

Offer support and guidance to parents and caregivers regarding baby care.

Outdoor Learning:

Engage children in outdoor activities, utilizing our extensive outdoor space.

Encourage environmental awareness and a love of nature through hands-on learning experiences.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with a team of passionate educators to create a cohesive, supportive environment.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Level 3 Early Years Qualification or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge and experience in baby care.
- Safer Sleep Certification preferred but not essential.
- Familiarity with the Curiosity Approach is a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Passion for early childhood education and outdoor learning.
