Our client provide various services to their customers and due to a busy period, they are now looking to recruit additional temporary support within their customer service team
As a customer service advisor, you will be responsible for
- Receiving inbound calls from customers , assisting with various enquiries
- Managing customer expectations with professionalism
- Managing email enquiries
- Updating the internal system
- Completing general administration
The ideal Customer Service Advisor will have / be
- Available to start at the beginning of September
- Have previous experience of assisting customers previously
- Have good computer skills and be confident in using Microsoft office
- Have a good attitude and be adaptable to change
