Assistant Accountant
Harrow, Middlesex
£30,000 + Pension + Private Med + 25 Days Holiday
If you are at the start of your career and would like a position offering excellent prospects then this role for an Assistant Accountant will suit you.
Some of your duties will include:
- Providing assistance with the Sales and Purchase ledger function.
- Checking supplier invoices received and allocating nominal codes.
- Reconciling supplier shipments and preparing weekly payment runs.
- Preparing client invoices, credit notes and statements of account.
- Managing payments received and allocating payments received to client accounts.
- Monitoring credit balances and supporting the collection of overdue accounts.
- Supporting the production monthly management accounts and budget analysis.
- Providing assistance with the production of annual accounts and audits.
