About the Team

  • At the heart of their operations in London lies the esteemed Corporate Disputes and Investigations team, identified as a pivotal area for growth and investment within the firm.
  • Given the nature of the work, Associates have the opportunity to collaborate across borders as part of a multinational, multidisciplinary team. We prioritize finding solutions and take pride in aligning with our clients to achieve their strategic objectives.
  • They provide Associates with a diverse array of complex challenges, including conducting high-profile internal and external investigations, often spanning multiple jurisdictions and involving entities such as the SFO, FCA, PRA, NCA, OFSI, and international authorities. Also, engaging in advisory, due diligence, and compliance initiatives concerning bribery, corruption, sanctions, money laundering, human rights, and modern slavery.

The Role

  • As a pivotal member of the Corporate Disputes and Investigations practice in London, you'll work closely with seasoned Partners and Associates, gaining exposure to the full spectrum of work outlined above.
  • The team has a strong history of internal development and promotion, offering boundless growth prospects for the right candidate.

Skills and Experience Required

  • We're seeking candidates with 3-6 years of PQE experience in corporate investigations and financial crime, ideally acquired from a leading law firm.
  • Experience in conducting internal investigations and engaging with government authorities such as the SFO, NCA, and FCA/PRA is essential.
  • While experience with sanctions is advantageous, it's not mandatory.
  • Strong client care abilities and the capacity to collaborate effectively within a team are also paramount.
