Leading Buy-to-Let lender with 25+ years of experience and a trusted name in the field is seeking an experienced and motivated Head of Servicing to lead their Mortgage Servicing team, ensuring smooth operations, industry compliance, and excellent customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of servicing specialists.
- Foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners (Brokers, Valuers and Solicitors).
Operations
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations.
- Improve processes and streamline workflows.
- Set and track team performance metrics (KPIs).
- Assist customers with mortgage inquiries and loan modifications.
- Ensure quality assurance and review complex cases.
Adaptability & Teamwork
- Embrace change and proactively support colleagues.
- Work collaboratively with the team, sharing ideas and experiences.
Communication & Planning
- Clearly communicate information, both written and verbal.
- Plan and prioritise tasks to meet team goals.
The ideal Candidate:
- Experienced mortgage servicing professional.
- In depth knowledge of mortgage servicing processes and arrears management.
- Strong Leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent planning and organisation skills.
