Are you looking to carry on your career in HR or are you looking for an introduction into HR. I am looking for a HR administrator for a business based in Chessington where you will be responsible for handling the general day to day HR admin duties.

HR Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the processing of payroll
  • Keeping track of attendance, sickness, holidays and overtime
  • Administration of Pension Schemes
  • Producing payroll related reports such as P45's and payslips
  • Assisting with the recruiting of new staff, managing the vacancies adverts and reviewing applications
  • Onboard new starters - running RTW checks, offers, contracts
  • Maintain new starter records, ensure training is complete and probations are tracked and carried out
  • Maintain employee files are up to date
  • Build relationships with all departments within the business

HR Administrator Skills/Experience Required:

  • Previous HR experience or Manager/Supervisory experience
  • Good MS office Skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Good timekeeping and able to manage multiple tasks at once
  • Organised
  • Passionate about a career in HR
