Are you looking to carry on your career in HR or are you looking for an introduction into HR. I am looking for a HR administrator for a business based in Chessington where you will be responsible for handling the general day to day HR admin duties.
HR Administrator Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the processing of payroll
- Keeping track of attendance, sickness, holidays and overtime
- Administration of Pension Schemes
- Producing payroll related reports such as P45's and payslips
- Assisting with the recruiting of new staff, managing the vacancies adverts and reviewing applications
- Onboard new starters - running RTW checks, offers, contracts
- Maintain new starter records, ensure training is complete and probations are tracked and carried out
- Maintain employee files are up to date
- Build relationships with all departments within the business
HR Administrator Skills/Experience Required:
- Previous HR experience or Manager/Supervisory experience
- Good MS office Skills
- Great attention to detail
- Good timekeeping and able to manage multiple tasks at once
- Organised
- Passionate about a career in HR
