**FM Procurement Manager
- Location: Bristol, BS1 (Hybrid 2-3 days on-site)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an FM Procurement Manager to join a leading procurement team within a prominent student accommodation provider.
**Day to Day of the role:
- Develop and execute procurement strategies for Hard Facilities Management and related capital expenditure, including fit-out and refurbishment.
- Source, select, and negotiate supply solutions that deliver value and meet the needs of various stakeholders.
- Act as a change agent, challenging the status quo to drive value.
- Partner with internal customers to understand their needs and translate these into effective procurement activities.
- Manage risk and promote sustainable procurement practices within the professional services supply chain.
- Maintain and foster excellent customer relationships to enable fast problem-solving and a collaborative approach.
- Draft and negotiate supply contracts to maximise value and limit risk.
- Formulate strategies across accountable categories in conjunction with key stakeholders.
- Provide expert contractual and commercial advice.
- Contribute to the organisation's Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) goals by developing sustainable procurement strategies.
**Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong relationship-building skills across all levels of an organisation.

- Commercial acumen with the ability to identify and unlock value.
- Accountability and the ability to prioritise work to meet deadlines and targets.
- Analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset.
- Technical knowledge of Procurement processes, Supplier Relationship Management, and Contracts Management.
- Experience in negotiating complex commercial agreements.
- Category management experience in related fields.
- CIPS qualification (or equivalent) is desirable, with a willingness to continue professional development.
