Adecco is pleased to be working with a reputable Car Park Company, who pride themselves in delivering high-quality and secure off-airport parking services at Leeds Bradford Airport (LBA).
They are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join the team as Receptionists.

?? Job Responsibilities:
- Collect keys from customers and ensure seamless parking experiences.
- Efficiently book in clients and provide exceptional customer service.
- Prepare and organise keys for customers upon their return from holiday.
- Manage diaries and ensure all bookings are accurately recorded.
- Take bookings over the phone and assist customers with any inquiries. ??
?? Desired Skills:
- Experience in a receptionist or customer service role is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, welcoming attitude.
- Excellent organisational skills to manage diaries and bookings efficiently.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service. �???
?? Working Pattern:
- Temporary contract with flexible part-time hours.
- 4 days on and 4 days off schedule.
Rotating shifts : 6am-6pm and 6pm-6am.
????? Driving is a requirement for this role, as you may need to move the vehicles. A valid driver's licence is essential.
