Prospero Teaching are looking for an aspiring Behaviour Support Worker to join an alternative provision in Blackburn. Relevant experience supporting children with SEMH issues is essential
Contract Details:
- Location - Blackburn
- Position - BSW - Behaviour support worker
- Start date - 11/11/2024
- Duration / Likely Duration - Ongoing
- Full time/part-time - Full time only
- The minimum rate of pay - Minimum rate £85 per day
- Working hours - 8:00am-3:00pm
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Experience working with children in an educational setting.
- A strong understanding of behaviour management techniques.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils from diverse backgrounds.
- A proactive and flexible approach to working within a team.
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
- Hold Right to Work in the UK
- Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
- Provide two professional references
