£50K Basic + £54K OTE in Commission (truly uncapped)

We have a unique role open for a Senior Sales Manager to start a full time, permanent role within a company that sellers training to affluent people within the Leicester area.

This is an office-based role (absolutely no hybrid option) and a role where you receive leads from social media for customers who are 50% interested in the product already and it's your job to talk them though the process, book them in for a taster day and ultimately close the sale if all goes to plan.

The average ticket value of the sale is around £20K.

It's very much a consultative sale but you need to be someone who take control, take the customer on a journey and ultimately close the sale (customers who enquire about this training are also 50% sold).

Leads will come from social media, magazine, digital marketing or via the telesales team but it's a very small, close-knit team.

To be considered - you need a solid CV showing commitment to an employer, a proven track record of selling training solutions (preferred but not essential) or some kind of big-ticket item to affluent customers. Other skills including being well spoken, well presented and drive.
