An established and well-regarded firm in Ashford, working in collaboration with TN Recruits Law, is seeking a motivated and team-spirited individual to join their supportive and welcoming team.

Job Type:
Full-Time, Monday – Friday (9am – 5.30pm)
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling junior lease work and a variety of general commercial property matters.
- Managing transactions related to freehold and leasehold properties across a wide range of sectors, including offices, shops, farms, factories, warehouses, and licensed premises.
- Negotiating and drafting leases and tenancy agreements for commercial properties.
- Assisting with residential and commercial estate development projects.
- Advising on and preparing planning applications and handling appeals when necessary.
Requirements:
- Solicitor 0-5 years PQE.
- Strong ability to work within a team-oriented and collaborative environment.
- Excellent communication and drafting skills, with a client-focused approach.
