Robert Half Finance & Accounting are currently recruiting for an Interim Purchase Ledger Clerk to join one of our clients based in Clifton for a short assignment of circa 2 weeks.
Role: Purchase Ledger Clerk
Salary: Up to £28,000 (Hourly rate equivalent)
Duration: 2 Weeks - Potentially may be extended
Start date: ASAP
Working hours & pattern: 37.5 hours a week, fully office based, flexible with start & finish times
Responsibilities include:
- Inputting supplier invoices
- Monitor and reconcile supplier accounts
- Query resolution
- Prepare and process the weekly payment run
- Assist the wider finance team when needed - Admin support
- Maintain petty cash
- Ensure all payments are processed in preparation for month end
Skills/Experience needed:
- Previous experience managing a purchase ledger
- Computer literate
- Good communication
- Team player
- High attention to detail & accuracy
