Job description:
- Specialising in the PPC and SEO area and resourcing suitable candidates for roles in this field.
- Working closely with clients to understand their requirements.
- Putting together adverts and placing them on various job boards.
- Pro-actively searching on-line for suitable candidates
- Shortlisting candidates for roles and presenting them to the Consultants
- Updating the in-house database to ensure all candidates are correctly recorded in accordance with GDPR guidelines.
- Taking offer details for candidates, providing feedback to all candidates and negotiating with clients.
Person Specification:
- Excellent communication skills (familiar with Microsoft packages)
- Strong written skills ability to construct emails for business-to-business contact.
- This position requires the ability to work quickly, accurately, and consistently.
- Good attention to detail and ability to retain key information.
- The ability to work under pressure.
- Bright, enthusiastic, energetic, intelligent, articulate, street wise
- Great organisation skills
- Team player
- Excellent people skills and a good rapport builder
- Patient, diplomatic, empathetic
- Great Telephone / Keyboard skills
Additional details:
- £30,000-£35,000 basic, OTE £50k +
- Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm, Fridays (Work From home)
