Job Title: Sales Operations
Location: Remote position, the successful candidate must be located in the UK or Ireland
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
Administration Responsibilities:
- Actioning quote and pricing approvals within company policy framework
- Assisting and liaising with the sales team regarding customers quotes and deals
- Providing proactive support and guidance to the sales team to help drive new business
- Management of the CRM system to accurately reflect the sales pipeline
- Utilising analytical tools for forecasting and deal structures
- Internal communications with finance and legal when drafting agreements
- Overseeing SLA on deal turnaround times
- Actively engaging in cross-functional process improvement initiatives
- Identifying opportunities for improving customer experience
Skills and Experience:
- Comfortable with analysing both written and numerical data
- Effective communication abilities and competence in project management
- Commercially minded for effective cross-functional collaboration with the sales team
- Strong organisation skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Happy to work fully remotely
