From this continued success they are now looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to allow them to continue their exciting growth plans.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in delivering an excellent customer Journey during the length of a customer's agreement.

Role responsibilities;

  • Resolve customer queries over the phone, ensuring they have received an excellent customer experience.
  • Resolve customer queries via email in a professional and timely manner
  • Where required, liaise with internal teams to ensure the best customer outcome possible.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate agreement records within our bespoke administration system
  • Settle and close customer agreements, arranging refunds where necessary
  • Apply customer payments to their agreement on a timely and accurate basis

Key skills required;

  • Previous Customer Service role experience
  • Thrives in a fast paced and demanding environment
  • Friendly and professional manner
  • Genuine passion and care for customer experience
