Rapid Response Complex Care Worker
Our client provides high-quality, reliable care through their skilled, nurse-supervised healthcare staff. We are assisting them with their search for compassionate individuals with the right qualities to join the Complex Care team!
The Role: Their growing Care and Complex Nursing Team, supporting individuals with a variety of complex needs across the North-West. Flexibility is key, as you may need to travel to different locations depending on client needs.
What They Need From You:
- Be caring, empathetic, compassionate, and respectful.
- A willingness to learn and develop your skills.
- Flexibility in an ever-changing role.
- A UK driving license and access to your own vehicle for work.
- Willingness to travel within the North West-Barrow-in-Furness, Kendal, South Lakes, and Blackpool are our main areas.
- Be willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Some experience preferred, but nurse-led training provided.
- Flexibility to work days or nights. Example shifts: 08:00 - 20:00 / 20:00 - 08:00.
