Overview
The primary goal of a Sales Executive is to achieve monthly revenue targets by selling website design and lead generation services to new and existing clients.
You will be comfortable in prospecting new clients, have a consultative approach to selling, and relish the opportunity to close deals!
The right candidate will be a determined sales professional who understands the importance of building a strong revenue pipeline to over-achieve on targets consistently.

Responsibilities include:
- Ownership of a monthly new business revenue target
- Outbound telephone prospecting for new estate agent clients in UK & Europe
- Contacting and closing inbound leads and inbound referrals
- Cross selling of additional services to existing clients
- Contacting prospect database regularly to generate fresh enquiries
- Generating referral business from an existing client and prospect database
- Understanding the customer needs and presenting the right solution to achieve their objectives
- Presenting website and marketing solutions via video conferencing and telephone
- Networking at property industry events
- Reporting of daily, weekly and monthly KPIs
Knowledge & Experience:
Essential
- Proven track record in Sales, overachieving quota and/or targets
- Experience of consultative selling
- Experience using a CRM system
Desired
- Experience in Website, Marketing or SaaS Sales
- Experience in selling Proptech services to the property industry
- Experience managing complex negotiations with senior-level executives
