Penguin Recruitment is delighted to be supporting an innovative and leading Development Consultancy in their hire of an experienced and highly motivated Planning Director to join their successful Planning Team in Bristol!
We are seeking a director level candidate with a proven track record of delivering on major complex development projects, and experience in DC or Care Home Developments. The successful candidate will be required to build on existing client relationships and generate new business and will play a leading role in growing the business whilst developing, motivating, and managing the team.
You will need to be capable of taking the lead on planning applications and will be required to assist in the day-to-day management of the office. You will also help manage project teams within and outside of the office on the client's behalf.
Candidate Requirements
- Chartered Membership of the RTPI.
- Knowledge and experience in DC or Care Home Development ideal.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Precious private consultancy experience essential.
