Social Media Manager | Sevenoaks | £35,000
Curteis Webb Recruitment is collaborating with a retail business near Sevenoaks. We're looking for a Social Media Manager to lead their social strategy, manage their content creator and whilst helping drive growth and engagement across a number of brands and socials.
Working alongside their Marketing Manager and reporting directly to the Directors you'll lead across Social Media, selecting the right content and platform to engage and ultimately, convert their audience.
The Job
The Social Media Manager will work with the Director to develop and drive the social strategy, both organic and paid. You'll have experience across a range of socials and manage multiple accounts with different audiences.
- Responsible for overall content planning / creation - working with the content creator and photographer/videographer to deliver
- Manage influencers creating on brand stories and content
- Drive product awareness and engagement by delivering the right message to the right audiences through the right social platform.
- Ensure all social media imagery, videos, descriptions and copy are in keeping with the brands visuals and tone of voice.
- Creating and managing paid advertising campaigns, as well as analysing the results and adjusting strategies as needed.
- Reporting and optimising results based on data
Skills Required
The right candidate will have experience of delivering online content that engages and converts. We're looking for someone who is passionate about the difference a consistent, on brand, social strategy can achieve.
- Experience in delivering online content that engages and convert
- Knowledge of paid social, Meta, TikTok.
- Experience in a comparable industry, B2C audience, retail.
- Experience of being "oncamera" or a willingness to do so.
The Opportunity
Working with a close-knit team, a basic salary of £35,000, pension and staff discounts. This is a family run business, with great staff retention and an opportunity to have a really clear impact as they drive their social media marketing. This is an office-based role in Sevenoaks.
