Finance Assistant
Creative Agency | Central London | 30-40k | Hybrid (1-2 days a week in the office)
A rapidly growing, award winning creative agency specialising in cinema media are on the lookout for a bright and finance assistant to join their close knit team on a 12 month contract.
Working closely with a Finace Controller you will have full ownership of the transactional accounts and inbox.

Responsibilities - Finance Assistant
- Manage invoicing, payments, and receivables to ensure accurate and timely processing
- Perform regular bank reconciliations to maintain precise financial records
- Oversee and process employee expense claims, ensuring adherence to company policies
- Support the development, monitoring, and analysis of budgets for various projects
- Prepare necessary documentation and reports to assist with internal and external audits
- Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and classified correctly
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and industry standards
The Person - Finance Assistant
- Self starter with a pro-active approach
- Strong communication skills in order to confidently talk to staff of different seniority levels and stakeholders
- Proven bookkeeping experience and accounts payable management
- Previous experience working in creative services is highly desirable
