If so, this could be the perfect role for you. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and confident Commercial Accountant to join a vibrant and dynamic team for a company on the M5 corridor. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to become a key player in the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with sales and marketing on performance analysis, KPIs and business partnering. The role will involve working closely with the senior management team to ensure that all financial goals and objectives are met.
Responsibilities will include:
- Analysis of revenues, costs and profitability
- Analysis of sales margin
- Reporting and analysis of actuals vs budget
- Preparation of management accounts
- Assist in the budget production and review process
- Assist in audit planning and production of audit schedules
- Reconciliation of group intercompany accounts
- Production of balance sheet reconciliations
Your Profile:
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification (possibly finalist or QBE)
- Strong IT skills, including advanced MS Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Positive personality, strong communication skills and commercial acumen
- Highly organized with great attention to detail
