Position: Solicitor
Location: Enfield Town
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000
Job Description:
- My client is a Lexcel Standard law firm with a great track record of serving locally and nationally for over a decade, is looking for a dedicated Solicitor professional to join our team.
- Minimum of 3 years PQE in a supervisory role dealing with Conveyancing, Litigation, and Family Law.
- Own case load /following will be an extra advantage.
- Compliance with Lexcel Standards with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using office software.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a caseload of conveyancing, litigation, and family law matters
- Provide expert legal advice to clients and maintain a high standard of client care
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and Lexcel Standards
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing updates and responding to queries promptly
- Mentor and support junior staff members, fostering a collaborative team environment
- Contribute to the growth and success of the new Enfield branch
