Our Guildford based client is looking for a strong administrator to join their team. The client is a specialist in their field and is looking for a good all rounder to compliment the existing team.
Your day to day duties include:
Manage the process of inventory scanning and inventory storage sheets
- Maintain and update data on the internal systems
- Issue paperwork to the relevant team members
- Monitor & replenishment stationary and crew uniform
- Send meeting confirmations to the relevant
- Run monthly sales reports to provide for analysis
- Manage new customer inquiries, update quote sheets and process payments from customers
- Input sales leads for the sales department
- Marketing support (Case Studies)
- Manage the company newsletter
- Raise POs and invoice accordingly
You will possess the following skills
Able to work both independently and within a team
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
This role is 100% office based.
