Our client is seeking an innovative Brand Manager to join their dynamic team in Doncaster (we can offer hybrid working). In this role, you will develop and execute cutting-edge brand strategies, manage impactful marketing campaigns, and collaborate with key stakeholders to boost sales and distribution. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a communication plan to grow brand awareness and sales, adapting based on performance data.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing plans align with commercial goals (sales/distribution).
  • Work with stakeholders to deliver marketing plans and incorporate feedback.
  • Manage all aspects of the brand, including promotions, range development, marketing communications, and print/digital campaigns.
  • Analyse marketing data (consumer, shopper research) to identify growth opportunities in brand penetration, distribution, and trial.
  • Create and maintain brand manuals to ensure brand consistency across marketing materials, updating as market demands evolve.
  • Manage marketing agencies to deliver plan objectives.
  • Manage the marketing budget.

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience driving growth through communication and engagement.
  • Experience developing marketing materials that adhere to brand guidelines.
  • Excellent understanding of creating targeted marketing campaigns for diverse audiences.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing with a strong ability to manage complex communication channels.
  • Expertise in digital marketing communications.
  • Creative appreciation and ability to discuss and improve creative ideas.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and influencing skills.
  • Project and campaign management expertise.
  • Budget management skills with a focus on optimizing spend.
  • Understanding of agency roles and ability to secure optimal support.
  • Ability to manage a busy workload and meet deadlines.

This role is a hybrid role based in Doncaster 2-3 days a week.
