Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in brilliant conversations with customers via telephone, email, or webchat.
- Answer questions and solve problems promptly and effectively.
- Put a smile on our customers' faces by providing friendly and helpful assistance.
Work Model:
- Hybrid model: 15 hours in our newly refurbished office in Redhill, 22.5 hours from home.
- At home you will need a quiet, distraction-free space for remote work.
