Cobalt is partnering with a growing Build-to-Rent brand as they seek to hire their first Digital Marketing Manager. You will play a crucial role in planning, managing, and executing marketing initiatives for the business. Your responsibility is to support the company in delivering a wide range of initiatives across both online and offline marketing channels, including assistance with event management and marketing systems management.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and execute digital marketing strategies, focusing on performance marketing, administrative tasks, and managing relationships with key platforms like Rightmove, Zoopla, Homeviews, and UKAA.
- Leading special projects and let-up strategies for new assets, working closely with stakeholders to gather information, update buyer personas, produce market insight reports, and manage focus groups.
- Supporting event coordination by assisting with logistics, health and safety, AV requirements, and providing additional support where needed.
- Collaborating on corporate responsibility initiatives, overseeing fund raising activities and systems in partnership with the Brand Director, and managing related reports and submissions.
- Preparing and manage marketing reports, including monthly and quarterly updates, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all communications.
- Overseeing internal marketing communications, award submissions, and contributions to client proposals, gathering input from relevant team members.
- Managing opex budgets for each building and contribute to new business development by working on pitch decks, presentations, and corporate responsibility projects.
Our client is looking for an established Digital Marketing Manager with a track record in the Real Estate industry. You'll be able to demonstrate strong copy-writing skills, as well as experience across a variety of IT packages, and a strong understanding of customer service within a property environment.
