About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic D365 FinOps Trainer.

Our client, a global organisation with a diverse team of accountants, has recently implemented D365 Finance and Operations (FinOps). Despite the implementation, there have been challenges with adoption and effective usage among the accounting team. We need an expert trainer to bridge this gap and ensure the team can leverage D365 FinOps to its full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of a globally dispersed accounting team.
  • Conduct virtual training sessions to enhance the understanding and usage of D365 FinOps.
  • Develop training materials, user guides, and quick reference documents.
  • Provide hands-on support and troubleshoot issues as they arise during training sessions.
  • Assess and measure training effectiveness, making adjustments as needed to improve outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the implementation team to understand specific customizations and integrate these into the training content.
  • Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a D365 Finance and Operations Trainer, with a strong background in accounting.
  • In-depth knowledge of D365 FinOps and its application in accounting processes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Experience in developing training materials and delivering virtual training sessions.
  • Make a significant impact by empowering accountants to maximize the use of D365 FinOps.
