Head Waiter Skills:
- Previous experience in a Chef de Rang / Head Waiter / Waitress position
- Passion for fine food and fine dining
- Passion for wine
- Approachable, well presented, team player
- Fluent in English - written and verbal
- Excellent customer service skills
Salary paying up to £32000 dependant on experience. Plus tips
