The Role:
As an Operations Adminstrator at City Plumbing, you will provide essential administrative and organisational support to the Regional Operations & Sales Director, ensuring their smooth operation and enabling them to focus on strategic goals. Your role will involve managing a diverse range of tasks, requiring excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills. This role will be hugely important in supporting the Branch network over a predefined region.

Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Regional Leadership team and branch network, being an additional support to help complete important tasks.
- Effectively manage the Regional Operation and Sales Director's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare professional correspondence, including letters, emails, and reports, on behalf of the Regional Operations & Sales Director.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure follow-up actions are completed.
- Chase up invoices and POs in order to maintain sales fluidity. Support in arranging localised events to create brand awareness and community engagement.
- Handle emails and correspondence, filtering information and responding appropriately.
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality regarding sensitive information and company matters.
- Intermittent note taking at meetings.

- Proven experience in a administrative role.

- The successful candidate will have an excellent attention to detail.
