Brand Partnerships Lead

Reporting to the Head of Partnerships, you will ensure that you nurture old relationships and build new ones. As they scale, the challenge is making sure we strike a balance between robustness, profitability and sustainability. With multiple relationships to manage, they will look to your hands-on and forward thinking strategic abilities to help lead the business to success.

Since they started in 2017, they emerged as the go-to platform for brands seeking to amplify their reach. With our intuitive mobile app which has grown to a community of 1.5M members and an App Store rating of 4.7 they are setting the standard for consumer engagement.

Partnering with over 300 media agencies, media owners and partner brands, our goal is to work strategically with them to drive awareness and build loyalty. Through their platform they offer cashback incentives to consumers to try their products which can be bought in most UK retailers, in-store or online.

Description

  • Identify target partner agencies to reach out to based on this value proposition and have start connecting with those organisations.
  • Identify groups and brands that would be a good fit and begin putting together strategies on how best to approach/ contact them and start making contact with the relevant people.
  • Touch base regularly with the brands that you manage and are live on app to make sure their campaigns are performing in the way they want to and making suggestion
  • Collaborate with their Customer Experience Ops team to pinpoint long-term progression of metrics and analysis for current and future brands
  • design, analyse and deliver insights for partners and support them through the lifecycle of a campaign and beyond, always helping brands achieve their objectives.
  • Pinpoint media owners, Ad, Mar and Fin tech companies to build partnerships with.

Profile

A successful Brand Partnerships Lead should have:

  • Similar Start-Up background
  • Deep understanding of industry trends and marketing patterns
  • A savvy sales pro with indepence.
  • Understanding of the food and drinks industry.
  • Background in media insights either brand or agency side is a massive bonus.
  • Understanding the power of technology to transform
  • Comfortable in a start up environment
