Principal Consultant - Corporate Insurance & Captives We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Risk Consultant. The main purpose of this role is to develop and deliver consulting services to clients focused on to risk retention, (re)insurance programme design, captive insurance companies, self insurance strategies, alternative risk financing and legacy risk solutions. Clients are usually large corporates that could be in any sector or geography. The role represents a senior position in the consulting practice and will encompass the management of diverse project teams. What the day will look like The role will involve you in the following: Lead in the delivery of risk financing projects to clients in both written and verbal forms. Provide leadership within the consulting practice around the management of individual engagements as well as the overall development of the consulting proposition. Contribute to marketing and business planning initiatives as well as identifying new opportunities for the team through effectively managing relationships within Aon and externally. Operate in an Aon United manner to bring the best of Aon to clients. There is flexibility of location under Aon's Smart Working framework although the client-centric nature of the role means that a regular presence in London is likely.
