The GRC Group is seeking an experienced, delivery-focused and dynamic Finance Director to support our new Cyber & Information Risk Division. This has been formed through the acquisition of two rapidly growing successful businesses (Bulletproof and Pentest People) and has ambitions for further substantial growth both in the UK and USA. Together the division has c200 employees based mainly in the UK, USA and India and £20m revenue. Over the next 12-18 months we will be combining these businesses to create one market leading business where the most important contribution to our success will be colleague engagement levels.
Supervisory Responsibilities
The role will initially focus on building a new Finance team (a blend of existing resource and several new roles), capable of supporting the division at the point the previous owner's finance team step out of their TSA commitment. As part of a small team the role will be required to provide day to day finance support as well as leadership oversight.
As a member of our divisional senior leadership team, the successful candidate is also expected to play their full part in strategic planning, leadership development, acquisitions and reporting.

Candidate Expectations
The right candidate will have:
- Formal Qualifications
- Degree educated
- Formal Accounting Qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
Knowledge and experience required
- A proven record of success in senior level general or commercial role, preferably in the SaaS sector and international trading.
- Experience of working within a group ownership structure, managing the reporting of monthly financial information in a predefined format and calendar
Skills and Personal Attributes
- Leadership skills, including influencing and negotiating.
- Team player with relationship building and stakeholder management skills.
