Junior Sales Broker (Dubai Based)

BWCapital is a new, innovative real estate company in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). We have exciting and expansive growth plans with the goal of breaking the boundaries of traditional real estate.
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Broker to join our team, and kickstart their Dubai real estate career alongside our incredibly successful agents.
No experience necessary as full training will be provided, just an excellent attitude and drive to succeed in one of the world's best-performing property markets.
What you will be doing:
- Engaging with clients and providing expert guidance based on their needs
- Utilizing our state-of-the-art CRM software to manage leads, track interactions, and drive sales
- Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of the real estate market, trends and industry best practices
- Carrying out property valuations, market analysis, and identifying potential opportunities for clients
- Using marketing tools such as Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle to promote listings and generate leads
- Collaborating with senior brokers to develop and execute effective sales strategies
- Closing deals and achieving sales targets, with incentives for successful transactions
- Using marketing tools to maximize property exposure
- Coordinating with photographers to create high-quality property listings
- Implementing effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets
- Achieving sales targets and earn incentives for every successful deal
- Participating in performance reviews with opportunities for promotion
We are looking for:
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the real estate industry
- Proficiency in using CRM software and marketing tools
- Strong drive to achieve sales targets and earn high commissions
- A proactive approach with a strong desire to achieve sales targets
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage a diverse client portfolio
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with CRM software
