As an IT Support Engineeryou will be responsible for providing L1 & L2 solutions for their clients, acting as the first point of contact for resolutions.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Act as a first point of contact for client incidents
- Oversee the provision of support to multiple clients across various sectors.
- L1/L2 support
- Ensure that SLAs are being met in an efficient and timely manner
Person Specification:
- Strong understanding around the M365 stack
- Good understanding of Networks
- Strong experience with Active Directory
- Strong understanding of Windows Servers (any versions)
- Previous experience working for a Managed Service Provider would be beneficial
This role will be fully onsite.
