Immediate Need: Commercial Property Solicitor (3-5+ PQE) Manchester/Hybrid

My client based on the outskirts of Manchester are urgently seeking a
Commercial Property Solicitor
with at least
3-5 years PQE
(or equivalent experience through CLIX) who can hit the ground running with a busy caseload.
The ideal candidate should be able to work
autonomously
on a wide range of property transactions including:
- Sales and purchases of industrial and small retail properties
- Lease work for both Landlords and Tenants
- Commercial mortgage and refinance matters
- Corporate assistance on transactional work
