Job Title: Accounts Assistant

Role Overview:
As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial operations. You will work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting, timely processing of transactions, and effective management of accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Process invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
Qualifications:
- AAT Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) is ideal.
- Experience with Sage and SAP accounting software is preferred.
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
