Role: Paralegal - Property Litigation
Location: Central London
3 days in - 2 days from home
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist solicitors with a broad range of property litigation cases, including landlord and tenant disputes, boundary issues, and property contract disputes.
- Conduct legal research and prepare detailed case summaries and reports.
- Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, witness statements, and correspondence.
- Manage case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Liaise with clients, surveyors, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth case progression.
- Support solicitors in preparing for trials, mediations, and hearings.
