Reward Advisor
Location: Home Working (1/2 days in the office per month)
Salary: £36k - £40k
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Reward Advisor to lead the implementation of a comprehensive reward strategy for one of the UK's top charities.
Key Responsibilities: Reward Advisor
- Drive the successful delivery of the organisation's pay and reward strategy.
- Contribute to the development of their Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and Employer Brand using benchmarking and market analysis.
- Offer expert advice and recommendations to the Head of People Services & Transformation and People Business Partners.
- Lead the maintenance and review of the charity's job banding methodology.
- Ensure that reward and recognition approaches are innovative and aligned with the charity's values.
About You:
- Proven experience in implementing pay and reward strategies, either as a Reward Specialist or as part of a broader HR role.
- Strong understanding of salary benchmarking and EVP.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
