Cardiff Council is seeking dedicated and compassionate Children's Social Workers to join our Children with Disabilities (CHAD) Team. This role provides an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people with disabilities, helping them and their families access the support they need.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of children with disabilities, providing tailored assessments, support plans, and interventions.
Work closely with children, their families, and multi-agency professionals to ensure comprehensive and holistic care.
Advocate for the rights and well-being of children with disabilities, ensuring their needs are met through statutory and community services.
Help empower families by providing guidance and support in accessing appropriate services.

Requirements:
A recognised Social Work qualification.
Registration with Social Care Wales.
