Deputy Catering & Project Manager
Venn Group are supporting a Healthcare orgaisniation to appoint a Deputy Catering & Project Manager
Start Date: ASAP
Location: London
Duration: 6 months
The Successful Candidate will:
- Lead Catering projects , particularly current projects surrounding patient experience
- Manage catering functions across the trust site
- Ensure services are delivered within required budget for internal and external contracts
- Work with stakeholders and dietetics in menu planning and implementation
The Successful candidate will have:
- Catering/ Hospitality background
- Previous experience with large scale catering projects
- Strong Health and Safety knowledge
